1. If the active buzzer does not sound before installation, it must be a quality problem of the active buzzer itself, just contact the manufacturer directly;

2. When the patch buzzer does not sound after soldering, the possible reason is that the power of the soldering iron used in the soldering process is too large or the soldering time is too long, which causes the patch buzzer to be added. The temperature causes the solder joints between the pins of the buzzer and the coil to be melted by high temperature, which causes the phenomenon of virtual soldering. It is recommended that when welding the buzzer, the welding time for each solder joint should not exceed 3 seconds.

3. The sound of the buzzer after welding will be relatively small or hoarse. This may be caused by the current flowing through the buzzer in the circuit is too small or too large.

4. The passive buzzer has no sound or the sound has changed after a period of use. This problem may generally be caused by the passive buzzer for too long, causing damage to the buzzer. In general, we recommend that the time for the buzzer to be heard should not exceed 8 to 10 hours. Of course, it may also be affected by the surrounding environment.

5. The sound of the buzzer will be wrong after welding, but it is normal to remove the buzzer and place it on the DC stabilized power supply for testing. Generally, the buzzer is interfered by other signals. Just find the source of interference and shield it.
